This is good if you know your muscle mass, it’d be better to 1g per pound of muscle you have. In general OP, the amount that’s helpful to eat is 50-100g of protein a day if you’re around average height. You really don’t need to get very specific as long as you’re getting complete sources of protein in your diet, and have it be a main component of most of your meals
