7 men raped a woman. 50 men knew and did nothing. You can know an individual man and vet him over time. But in every day life it’s far safer to assume it’s all men. Because 99% men either ARE rapists or won’t do a damn thing to stop a rapist - A man
How many of the “it’s all men” girls have significant others who are men in their lives? If you do, tell me, is it because you think you chose “one of the good ones”? I’m genuinely curious, because apparently misandry is now okay but misogyny isn’t.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. As a girl, and a survivor, this is making me misty eyed. This basic understanding. From a man. Thank you. I'm genuinely crying a little bit.

If he wouldn't attack you, odds are, if you're in a precarious situation, he wouldn't lift a finger or utter a word to help. Is what I've learned in my experience. You can beg and plead for help, and they just get this pained look and shake their heads. Or just avert their eyes. I've seen this play out so many times.

^^^(Tbf, I've witnessed many girls keep their mouths shut about certain things, and help to feed into r@pe culture too. Out of similar fears. But yk.)
