hey i dont mean to over step and i could very well be wrong, but it sounds like you may have a problem and i encourage you to get help if thats the case

Drink lots of water. Things like Gatorade’s especially. And don’t beat yourself too hard about it right now. Alcohol is a depressant, so it’s good to be cognizant of what happened and moving on.

yeah so you’re okay i promise. the thing is is that i don’t drink in general 🤩🤩 so when i do i get fucked up bc that’s what i think what being drunk is! i am the idiot dw i know. three hours later, im sobered up and i sobered up quick enough my bf came home too! im only hiding it bc we’re both not big drinkers and i dont wanna get judged bc i decided to drink after work
