
Yes. I’ve done a crash diet before and this is not that. I went from 300 to 225 in 4 months in 2016. I gained it all back and more. 30 lbs over 2.5 months for someone my size is not that crazy. It’ll slow down to 2lbs a week max. And losing weight is certainly healthier than being 382
No hate to you at all. Just want to say, this person could be tall, could have health issues, or just didn't have the motivation to workout. I understand your curiosity, but it doesn't matter how they got here. What matters is that they are working towards being healthier. Again, this is absolutely no hate towards you. I have had lots of weight fluctuations in my life and the most painful thing is when someone asks me "what happened" when I gained weight.
This ^^ you don’t go asking the person in a wheel chair “what happened”, or the person with an oxygen tank “what happened”. You respectfully talk to them and they volunteer that direction of conversation or you drop it. Nobody is anyone else’s case study and curiosity isn’t an excuse to expect an explanation
