I had to train someone to do my job over FaceTime and I’m not even trynna be sarcastic when I say this but you literally scan a barcode and look at the person’s id to match the names. YTF DID IT TAKE 40MIN FOR THEM TO GET THEY HAVE TO SCAN IT 1ST 🤦🏿‍♀️
