Okay but yet our relationship is amazing and if that happens in the long run then I will gladly worry about it then. My parents are hs sweethearts and they have had each others names tatted on them since 16 and they are happily together and still very much in love at 36. So sorry I grew up around that and me and my bf kind of have a relationship like theirs

I’m sorry if your parents are 36 you are probably at most 20– and that’s if your mom had you before SHE was an adult. You and your BF are extremely young for that kinda decision. Can’t yall just do symbols? That way if you DO break up, it’s just a teddy bear or a butterfly or whatever

Saying it’s a future you issue, when it doesn’t have to be a future issue at all is saying like, “my bf and I really want to take a trip around the world, it’ll cost all my savings but that’s a future issue” and then you don’t have money and are freaking out— except with that at least you get the experience of world travel
