that article is a fork found in kitchen scenario. of course you will see less brain activity and remember less content when you have something doing it for you. that image is unrelated and does not show what they measured. they didn’t even use that type of brain imaging. they used EEG readings. the study found that the lowered brain activity only occurred in the writing session and was not a permanent change in the brain’s resting state. 😭
