Growing up is realizing that no one is thinking about you that much, and that if you don’t highlight your accomplishments to your manager, they’ll favor the person who talks all day about how much they’re doing even if they’re way worse than you!

you’ve clearly never experienced a toxic workplace before. especially when you’re the youngest amongst your coworkers but they’re twice your age acting like high schoolers.
