We all crave intimacy. That’s an innate aspect of human nature. But why we do it matters.

Yeah sure, but people are gonna want different things. Some people want to wait to find someone they’re in a serious relationship with while others will find someone at a bar or on a dating app.

Being intimate to scratch an itch will always leave people empty because it’s counterfeit compared to what love is. Only love fully addresses the need. And to say that intimacy (not just on the sexual level) isn’t a need is demonstrably false.
