Lmao me as I descended into full-blown alcoholism According to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, you've probably reached Self-Actualization. This is exceedingly rare, and the vast majority of people never reach this tier before they die. Coping with a world full of and set up for not self-actualized individuals is debilitating and agonizing for ppl on that tier.

His rendition details an introspective individual who's okay being alone with themself, who thinks deeply and creativity, possesses strong pattern-recognition + big-picture thinking, strong empathy/care/concern for all, strong creative drive, etc In theory this allows one to thrive and become the best version of themself But in practice? In modern day society? The traits of a self-actualized individual can be unbearable and isolating

Like technically Vincent Van Gogh was self-actualized, but we all know that he wasn't uh the best and brightest version of himself But you're right, it'd be more accurate to say individuals who possess the traits of a self-actualized individual
