I’ve had this before with a girl and told her I wouldn’t be comfortable doing anything unless she got tested, we didn’t speak for like a month, and she still hasn’t gotten tested probably to this day

Well the problem there is that there are stis you can get through other forms of contact. Kissing, sharing food/drink, some of them even just by skin to skin contact. So even if you’ve never had sex you can’t know for sure
