Im a guy and I have the same story and thought. No one is dragging me back through that hell and no one is stopping me from getting what I want. They need to have equal effort in their life

Hard to believe but we used to live in a room made of scrap, cardboard and wood pallets, no toilet so would just go in the back of it and sometimes when there was no room, my mom, 3 siblings and I would sleep on a mattress outside.
