Actually he would. It crazy how many people don't read the Bible. The only people God clearly state that he hate and spit them out warm water are people claiming to be child of God and living a life if sin. That the whole reason he was killed because he was nice to sinners but crash out at church.

Wdym God doesn’t hate? It’s more complex than God is love and therefore can’t hate; he can and does do both, in different ways. Both Aquinas and Luther talk about this

If you read the Bible the only people God hates are false prophet he says multiple time he accept all but spit them out

But you are wrong the Bible made it clear that there is one group of people you can hate, and God encourage you to shame them for they are the worst than any sinners. They are false prophet and people who claim to be a child of God who lives in a life of sin.
