It usually doesn’t happen to you if your ballsack is normally developed. But I had something called “bell clapper syndrome” which meant my testicles were not connected to the scrotal wall and thus could twist freely. I got a surgery to fix that.

The fact u sat here and explained that to me is insane but i’ve never heard of actually wild. Well it prolly also helps/doesn’t happen considering im a chick 😭 but the run down was informative

Tbh there really needs to be more awareness of testicular torsion among men because sometimes the balls just decided to do some pirouettes and it’s a dire medical emergency
