Also from an economic standpoint, the US birth rate is declining so our workforce is going to decline over time. One of the best ways to combat this other than just having more kids is increased immigration. More immigrants will literally help the US economy.

You don’t care because your not affected by it, there’s a reason why the people who complain about it the most are those who live in border states. Also many other countries have done genocide and slavery to steal land(Turkey), yet we don’t expect them to completely disregard immigration laws.
