I love implementing micro acts of feminism in my daily life

The things you mentioned (being murdered/assaulted) are at the hands of other men, not due to the misandry you claim to be so harmful to men. The other things (suicide/workplace death) are highly attributable to the patriarchy as a whole, which let me remind you is a system set up by men. The patriarchy benefits no one in the long run, which is yet another reason feminists aim to dismantle it.

“Microfeminism” and it’s just misandry

Acts of microfeminism will not solely accomplish that, but it does allow women to take some of the power back in simple harmless ways. Also you disagreeing with me is not the reason for me saying you’re angry. It’s the fact that you resorted to making it personal by aiming comments directly at me, such as calling me delusional and using clown emojis while also calling me immature which is ironic

Since you know so much, please do explain to me exactly what I was referring to that you would consider misandry

Anytime yall talk about “microfeminism” it’s just being disrespectful and biased to men simply because they’re men

Elaborate. What things specifically do you feel are disrespectful towards men that feminists do?

Which of those supports your claim that microfeminism is misandry? The first comment literally says it’s not, and the other comments are just reversals of what woman have historically had to deal with. If you think those are misandry, then you acknowledge that when a man does it it’s misogyny

I don’t spend every waking minute on this app haha, but feel free to check out my response now that I’ve gotten around to it

You just admitted it’s misandry. “Reversals of what women have historically had to deal with”. How does fighting misogyny with misandry help anything?

The things the comments were mentioning are not harmful at all to men due to the countless other ways they are privileged societally, whereas misogyny creates real danger to women. I was pointing out the flaws in your logic. Since men are still in a position of power in the power dynamic of our patriarchal society, “fighting misogyny with misandry” poses no threat to men since women do not systemically have the power to actually harm men, while men do have that power over women.

You’re so delusional. The average man in society has it worse than the average woman. Yall look at the top 1% of men and use that as a basis of comparison. You’re not oppressed, you’re privileged. Just because women lack capability doesn’t mean discrimination ≠ discrimination. Also, how fkn stupid is that logic. Men are oppressive so you try and anger them more and instigate?

I’m delusional? You keep making these insane claims with no point of reference to back it up. If you think the average man has it worse, you’re willfully ignorant. All I’m saying is that while sure acts of feminism may be considered “discrimination”, in the long run that in no way affects men the same way discrimination against women affects women. Do you expect women to lie down and continue to be oppressed or what? Why shouldn’t we be able to try and fight back a little?

Also we aren’t afraid of “angering” men through acts of feminism because men continue to harm us whether we “instigate” or not. The fact that this makes you so angry just proves my point. A man’s worst fear is to be treated the way women have been treated for centuries

No point of reference? More likely to be murdered, assaulted, more likely to commit suicide, 93% of workplace deaths, not to mention DEI implementations actively working against men. Again, you’re genuinely delusional. How does being disrespectful to a random man do anything to “fight the patriarchy”. In what way does that man have any power to change a country’s society

The fact that you think challenging your beliefs means I’m angry shows your lack of maturity and intelligence. Remind me again when you or any women alive today experienced treatment centuries ago? You’re victimizing yourself for things that didn’t even happen in your lifetime 🤣🤣🤡🤡

Yeah probably because you are delusional when you think being a weird and disrespectful jerk to random men is “taking power back”. If you really think that’s taking power back you’re just insecure of your own existence. You’re viewing yourself as inferior by thinking harassing men is ok

Well clearly you are just willfully ignorant as I mentioned before, and there is no amount of education and insight I could possibly provide for you to change your ways. I hope for your sake as well as the women around you that you can broaden your perspective and understanding when you finally take a step of the pedestal you’ve placed yourself on and listen to the lived experience of women.

So after being told by you that I deserve to be disrespected for existing you want me to “listen and learn🥺”. If you encourage that behavior you have no room to demand the opposite from men. You think that behavior makes me wanna care?

I don’t think anyone deserves to be disrespected for existing, which is why I’m a feminist. You assumed that. You took my initial post and ran with the idea that feminism = misandry. The entire conversation it feels like I’ve been trying to convince you that sexism very much still exists based on my experience as a woman so I don’t think it’s far fetched to ask you to listen and learn as a man. It’s also clear based on the convo that you already don’t care which is why I knew it wouldn’t change
