been struggling so much mentally but i have parents that don’t believe in mental health so i just sit here feeling like this 🫩

Go to therapy, take agency in your life , fight for your rights. Your parents are your first oppressor and if you can’t rebel against them how can you stand up for yourself in the workplace or in relationships
