I struggle w this too. It’s hard to look my dad in the eyes sometimes too. I want to communicate better w him but he’s just not easy to at times and it makes me regret even engaging. But when it’s not hard it’s nice but weird bc it’s hard for me to let go of the times where I HATED talking to him.

Oh my dad just worked all my childhood own his medical practice and my mom was a stay at home so I think that’s my why
