Define capacity in this case. The ability to do evil things? The willingness? The frequency? The severity?

All of the above. Men have fulfilled every category you listed (and then some) 10 fold compared to women. Have women checked some of these categories too? Yes of course but that’s not what I’m arguing. Capacity is the key word here and no matter how you slice it, men take the cake every time.

So you think definitively that the worst man is significantly more evil than the worst woman? I could get that. I guess in my head I thought of capacity as ability, and in that case. I think a woman is capable of everything a man is

Women are equally as capable of evil as men. It’s just that different forms of evil are done depending on the sex
