If a plus size person is in college and lives on the college campus and walks to their classes every single day, they’re walking to the café every day, they’re going up and down the hills every day. You can’t call them lazy because that’s exercise.

i mean yea but that’s just being on campus. do you do other stuff like actually go to the gym or diet

I can guarantee you they’re burning more calories than you think. Everyone can’t just shed off weight in less than two days. It doesn’t work like that; sometimes it takes 3 to 4 years. Sometimes some people will never be skinny. It doesn’t work like that, so let’s mind our own bodies and let’s mind our own business. Thank you.

Babes, are you just like really ignorant? Do you actually think, or do you just say stuff and not read? Walking every day building momentum going up the hills, walking 30 minutes from class to class— that exercise, baby. They don’t need to go to a gym if they’re doing it on campus every single day. yes it can sometimes take long but you can’t use that excuse to not do more. you can always improve!
