I used to have severe anxiety and what helped me a lot was to stop drinking and work on time management. Life felt less chaotic when planned out my day, my to do list etc. my planner is literally broken into hours

also journaling (not like “dear diary” but literally just your train of thought. Helps slow your thoughts to the speed you can write ) and exercising (doesnt need to be like running, literally just make a point to walk a lap on campus while listening to music every day or something)
