1. She cooled faster than a dead body would in the snow, she would’ve been out there for hours to drop to 82 degrees. 2. Her “self inflicted” wounds imply she used her non dominant hand. 3. Her DNA wasn’t on the exercise bands. 4. Patrick Clancy bought a house with his now wife 2 weeks prior to the murders.
5. In the CVS surveillance footage, you can see him giving Lindsay’s Apple Watch to another woman. 6. He said she told him the kids were in the basement but her throat was crushed. 7. Patrick Clancy took 10 minutes to call 911 after “finding” her. 8. There’s evidence to suggest he was SAing the youngest daughter.
Oh boy time to use my criminal justice and forensic psych degree! 1. Major spinal injury, blood loss, shock, wet clothing, and the snow all contribute to massive core body temp drop, keeping it completely within the realm of possibility 2. People can use their non dominate hand. Every forensic and medical evaluation found them consistent with self harm. It would be impossible to perfectly fake every single one so they’re all examined this way 3. Her dna WAS on the exercise bands
5. Being a cheater does not make you a murderer 6. You can attempt and have pretty legible speech with a crushed throat. It’s not clear or easy, but a muttered “basement” would have been understandable 7. Wanting to render aid/check your half dead wife over and getting over initial shock can take 10 minutes 8. No, there is not
9. Many cheaters do. Doesn’t make you a murderer 10. She does, she has testified in court she remembered doing so but felt dissociated and disconnected with her body. This is a common symptom of psychosis 11. TikTok’s aren’t evidence 12. Nurses don’t magically become encyclopedias of all anatomy and physiology. I know multiple medical professionals who double check “basics” all the time to insure they’re doing something right. Which makes more sense if she was IN PSYCHOSIS
Patrick has spent the last 3 years convincing the world and her that she did it! She was drugged and in psychosis, he is gaslighting her into thinking she did when it is physically impossible that she did. And it’s not a TikTok it’s a recreation of the crime scene that goes into detail of how it’s impossible for it to look the way it does without Patrick’s involvement. You ignore evidence and use “it’s technically possible if the stars are aligned” because YOU HATE WOMEN
How could he have done it if HE WAS AT CVS And no, the Apple Watch is not being used to say she did. Her confession is primarily. Again her defense is not arguing she did not do it. That is not the point of the trial. The point of the trial is to determine if she was competent enough to maintain criminal culpability. Which, I for one, do not believe she was. And at this point is not a threat to herself or others and should not be imprisoned.
But yeah, acknowledging the severity of postpartum psychosis and the detriment failure to treat it has on society makes me hate women. I too like strawmanning when my argument isn’t strong enough to hold up on its own against actual knowledgeable people who are more educated than me
It can. There are multiple testimonies from multiple experts stating it so. And medical records of it happening to others, ofc. Not to mention, you don’t go head first if you’re pushed out a window. Usually people tend to twist their body to minimize injuries and protect their head most of all. Yet all of her injuries are consistent with a head first drive out of the window. That doesn’t happen without her purposefully putting her body that way
Ah yes. He drugged her with *checks notes* the exact amount of medication she was prescribed to be taking. This couldn’t possibly point to negligent medical team throwing her on drugs and sending her on her way instead of taking her treatment seriously (all of which they testified to in court)
