Having a crush, meeting new people, exploring, novelty, all of that lol. Idk I’ve always thought being single was “fun” because there’s so much newness to it. I love being in my relationship and genuinely see a future there, but after being together for 3 years, things naturally feel more stable and familiar rather than exciting and new all the time.

I get what you mean Ive never had a bf but did have talking stages and went on dates but I wonder if people in relationships ever get bored of eachother in the long term because it feels like everything would be predictable in a relationship because you know he “loves” you already and all but when you’re crushing it is exciting like how u mentioned
