It’s hard to see them pass. When my dog passed away, i had a sense of guilt. maybe i could have done more. maybe they would have lived longer if i did this or that, but at the end of the day we did the best we could to give them the best lives. i know your dog was happy to be with you in its final moments, and even more so during its life. you made that dog happy and that’s what matters. peace to you, OP
