A lot of ppl either addictions don’t know they’re crashing out. Having that feedback reflected to you is a great deal of help tbh

You can’t force anybody to do anything anyway. Trying to control people is one of the most frustrating things a person can try to do in their life. A or if people spend months or years on it only to eventually realize they’re best off making themself available and giving their support and opinion from a distance but not trying to force it on someone

A lot of people* I hate how often I have typos it’s so frustrating. Feels like it’s a lot more than it used to be and I think a lot of the reason is swipe to type
