Only in the past 10 years did Canadian immigration officers get guns. I question why it’s necessary for ICE to be armed, running around like thugs with no uniforms, identifiable markings, like names or badge numbers, body cams and masks. You don’t see actual law enforcement (cops) doing this. They claim “Doxxing”. If they did what’s right, legally and not rely on immunity from accountability, they wouldn’t be getting doxxed. The execution of Alex Pretti was unjustifiable.

ICE is still fine. They’re doing their jobs EVERYWHERE right now and we are seeing it blown up in Minneapolis (just like everything is there for some reason). It’s due to the media/politicians telling citizens to interfere that it’s becoming a heated warzone. That being said, the Pretti killing WAS NOT justified and I do think those agents should be prosecuted for manslaughter based on what I have heard.

Unfortunately it probably was justified but only because he was a perceived threat, his gun was taken away and misfired (as sigs do) and they thought he was shooting at him because a second before his death he was reaching for his gun, but grabbed a mag instead. I have 2 P320s and 1 can have an uncommanded discharge by slamming down on the slide. I know they are dangerous but it took 15k rounds to get it to this point of failure. I would lean more towards the agent that removed his gun and ran away and hid behind a car either pulled or manipulated that trigger. Given they couldn’t maintain chain of custody and that gun went onto a car seat to have a photo sent to be Tweeted, we may never know.
