lowkey what ppl don’t realize is sometimes the thin ppl u see lowkey gain weight whenever they don’t have outings and then fast / lose weight for certain outings or at least that’s what I do lmao

but I think that’s what keeps it sustainable / keeps me healthy cuz i’ve been significantly thin for years doing that 💀
