Alternative he gets a doctors slip for paternity leave. That’s what my dad did when I was born! I’d recommend it

Honestly if money isn’t gonna be an issue then I think it would be worth him quitting or at least cutting back so he can also partake in the family life you guys are building

He did for the first month after she was born, and because I had pregnancy complications he didn’t have to travel for pretty much the entirety of my pregnancy, but now unfortunately he’s had to go back to work
