Counting calories and dieting is not always the best way for losing weight. Increasing protein intake and simply walking daily will get you somewhere. When I was in recovery I couldn’t do much of anything but I wanted to lose weight so that’s what I did and I lost 30 pounds. Give yourself some grace, you brought a life into this world.
A size 6 after birth sounds pretty healthy? Your body should fluctuate after major stress like having a kid. I agree with the other comment of eating protein, but generally well and spend time moving your body. Tracking calories isn’t usually all that successful except for making you obsessive, defeated, and unhealthy.
