What’s the point of that, then you’d have freedom and that’s a big no no. They want you paycheck to paycheck because then you’re predictable.
But yeah, that shit sucks :/

Doesn’t matter until you have a down payment ready to go.

Market crashes are going to have spill over effects on other industries. You think everyone was employed in internet based companies during the dot com bubble or in real estate during 2008?

AI companies aren’t highly valued because of their usefulness now, they’re highly valued because of their potential to replace real workers. And even if it crashed it wouldn’t be anywhere near 2008

This is definitely not true. If you start saving up and don’t live alone it’s very possible. Mortgage is almost always cheaper than rent. It’s just about the down payment.

Anonymous#22w
I mean very true but I’m still worried about the future
2
Anonymous#52w
Yes it’s possible, but nobody wants to give up short term comfort for long term comfort. It’s just not how people live anymore

Anonymous#22w

Anonymous#72w
What that you can buy a house as a 20yo? Or that you couldn’t back in the day?

Why is it popping? We need an accessible open source disruption utilized by institutions and government
