Like yes, the establishment, let’s say Target for example, is a private business, but they’re open to the public, so you are IN public. If someone is recording you, they’re allowed to, but the business is also legally allowed to kick that person out. So if a creep is taking pictures of people, they can absolutely get kicked out for that. If someone is just walking around recording, maybe vlogging, they can still get kicked out for that, but it’s unlikely due to the nature of their content

You also agree to be filmed the second you walk into the store because of the security cameras People just don’t make a big deal of it cuz they don’t see a person actively recording them… they’re still being recorded tho
