but it just stings a bit feeling like i'm not as important. we went to a restaurant for mine, but they picked a place i didn't want bc it's what everyone else wanted. for my sister they had catered a place she chose, had a cake, and went all out with decorations. i am so grateful that they even came to mine and even planned a dinner, it just the comparison stings.
