I was being tongue-in-cheek, but “chuunibyou” is a loan word from Japanese referring to someone who behaves like they live in some kind of fantasy world because they’re so immersed in their favorite fiction (anime nerds, usually). sort of like autistic special interest multiplied by mild psychosis / delusional tendencies / generalized silliness
