I honestly just find it disrespectful when men say they want a lot of kids like okay so you just don’t care about your future wife’s wellbeing then that’s what I’m hearing

They usually get with women who want a lot of kids.

I already know this is gonna get hate because I’m not good at articulating what I mean and probably worded this wrong but trust me it makes sense in my head

Hey, all due respect to your opinion, but some studies have shown that women that have more kids live longer on average; so if your talking about physical wellbeing, then long term health in women actually supports having more children. For mental wellbeing, it totally depends on the type of partner you have. If you have a shitty partner who isn’t willing to step up for you, then you shouldn’t be having kids with them. It all comes down to personal preferences for each couple.

I’m a girly but i want a bunch of kids and a big family… maybe you shouldn’t project your thoughts onto an entire gender. Kinda sexist

Girl where am I being sexist and talking about all men? I specifically said when men say they want a lot of kids. Meaning I’m talking about a specific group of men. And it’s also my opinion that I don’t expect everyone to share :)

And that’s good I’m just saying to me it feels as if these men often don’t consider what it physically takes out of a woman to have kids so to expect like 4+ kids is wild. My opinion.

Is it not sexist to assume all men who said they want big families don’t care about their future partners body? Because i guarantee you there are some that do

Still failing to see how that is sexist. To me it comes across as inconsiderate. Not even intentionally inconsiderate I just don’t think they think about the toll it takes. But again it’s my opinion.

Those women aren’t living longer because they have more children. They have more children because they are healthier and therefore live longer because of their health, not their amount of kids. Correlation vs causation.
