Idk either one irritated me the same way both men trying to act one way ruining what good men want to be but this is something I’ve learned in my small time is you can still just be a good man even if weird guys use that as a disguise so that’s comforting the fact that people do generally have a good radar for what’s genuine

I feel like white knights and performative males are similar in like how they fake being excessively feminist and stuff just to try and be more attractive. But I feel like white knights are more so guys who go out of their way to “defend” women when there’s no need, whereas performative males are more so just performing rather than doing things like that. But maybe that’s just my interpretation.
