You’re welcome if that’s hard to remember remember Affect is something you do. (Tiger yelling affected frog) Effect is something that happens. (Frog hopping away was the effect)

Not everyone would get that. As a teacher that’s how I break it down and my students get it immediately. Just saying that isn’t going to help anyone. It may for you but that can complicate others. Just cause you learn one way doesn’t mean others learn the same way.

That’s a whole separate subject. My teaching methods work for me. They know what nouns and verbs are but I cannot just dumb it down to. “Those are just nouns and verbs” now let’s move on no you have to elaborate regardless.
