Do you drink a lot of water? Does it smell like that on the outside too? Sometimes it’s that or that may be how it naturally is for you.

Honestly it’s most likely just the saliva and fluids mixing together. Everyone gives of a different smell. Don’t worry about it. I’m mean your breath doesn’t smell hot after giving head to man ever so don’t stress about it. Most adults understand that.
