okay does anyone else see like wispy shadows or black bugs crawling up and down their wall but when they investigate there is nothing there…. What the fuck is happening to me

So there is a name for this and I don’t remember it, but you can have these side eye hallucinations. Sometimes it’s lack of sleep or medications or schizophrenia or anxiety

This has been happening to me for years you get used to it. Avoid diagnosis myself since I don’t want whatever it is on my medical record, but if you don’t have that issue you should get checked out. Think I’m probably schizophrenic tbh

I genuinely don’t know what the fuck is going on. I’m completely sober btw. Yesterday I was high and tripping out over my hand and phone looking giant and not normal but rn im sober af wtf

tbis is exactly how I feel because I don’t want it on my medical record either. it’s just getting harder to manage everyday. I feel so fucking stuck

You could try getting help with a therapist and tell them not to write down any diagnoses

Might have an impulse to isolate but just trying to be healthy helps a lot for me. Socialize more, sleep consistently (impossible sadly), eat healthy, and exercise. Doesn’t stop them but it helps with the paranoia and stress they bring, does also decrease the frequency a bit

I had one do that with OCD. The thing that bothers me though is that if I try to talk about having ocd with my friends they’ll be like of well you’re not even officially diagnosed. it’s so irritating like why does it matter genuinely. I went to a professional I should be able to speak about my experiences

That’s dumb. OCD is a super obvious thing, if you haven’t you don’t really need to be diagnosed for confirmation
