I was like you until I made a deal with myself that I’d never be this low again. I started working out and left my hometown to join the Air Force. That was 15 years ago and still the best decision I’ve ever made in my life. Wishing you the best brother.

i mean youre alive and i’m assuming you don’t have a kid so you’re winning. i’m 28 and disabled and don’t “have anything going for me” but i have a warm place to live, enough food for multiple meals a day, and i’m a really awesome person to be around. you’ve accomplished a lot, maybe just not by some superficial capitalistic standards.
