Have childhood love, on/off situationship, he goes away for the military and I WAIT FOR HIM, and he comes back for our best friend’s wedding and he hard launches a girl he’s apparently been “in love with” for the last several months. I hate them both

Like this bitch is a complete fucking stranger and we’ve been in the same friend group since we could all walk. Natural couples formed and we were supposed to be the last one but instead this bitch shows up?? She’s not his type, she doesn’t fit in with the group, she doesn’t know his family at all. It’s actual fucking bullshit

I was already heartbroken enough when he didn’t couple up with me before he left because he wasn’t sure if it’d be good to have a wife going into boot camp and CO training but now here’s this bitch and he’s talking about marrying her when he gets stationed so they can travel and stay together because she’s in the same city we’re from. He is coming back for Memorial Day to SEE HER and has made 0 attempts to make plans with me alone and only wants to see the group for one fucking day all together

I HAVE. We’ve brought it up before and he said that he didn’t want to before going to training but he’s literally still there and has been apparently doing long distance with this girl

I feel bad for you and I know it’s hard to come to that realization, but if he liked you enough he would have tried with you instead of another girl. All you got left is to move on and not think about it
