PSA: At most venues, bartenders and servers are completely separate. We have separate tabs. If you're with a server then go to the bar, you need to either tip the bar or open a new tab with them, and vice versa

Like if your tab is with a server. But you're just having the bartender take your orders and give you all your shi, then close out with the server, your tip is all going to the server. You just forced unpaid labor. Fuck you

Idk where anyone else works, but where I work, servers tip the bar out $4-10 no matter how much money they make So yeah

Sometimes my bar posts probably sound rude as fuck. But like. During my shifts, ppl nonstop come up to me VERY confused like "Uh....how do I order?" "Where do I order?" Etc etc which tells me that ppl genuinely don't know certain things Then I post trying to help everyone out (us and y'all) And everyone gets mad at me 😭 like I'm sorry I'm trying
