
You don’t actually burn that many calories through activity. Your body is a perfected machine for conserving calories. Think about it how would a hunter gatherer go about their day doing physical activity if you burned calories that easily? Exercise is almost always good but your body doesn’t let go of those calories easily and when you exercise strenuously your body reduces other caloric outputs; that’s why chronic inflammation reduces when you exercise
Well I’m not talking about people that have just been working out for like a month but there are people who have been working out for a long time with just no progress and I don’t get how. I mean yes mathematically I know it’s all about calories but that has to be a lot of calories in to make up for the calories out. And I didn’t mean you specifically, just in general.
