U shouldn’t do cheat “Days” because that’s just wayyy too much freedom and can easily turn into a 3-5kcal day. A cheat meal is more appropriate and easy to fine tune

Cheat meals I can’t even do unfortunately that’s mainly what I was talking about. I have a lot of health issues with food so like I end up having horrible reactions to anything processed so no more fast food for me
