One time my friend asked me if he could loiter and I didn’t care. Bro threw four cups out of his car on the highway and I had to explain to him the difference between littering and loitering. Istg

Intentional littering should be punishable by death, you cannot convince me otherwise. If a napkin blows out your window, that’s one thing, but if you throw your entire fast food meal out the window, you should be put down on the spot

There’s a hill across the creek from my house I call Glass Hill. While most of the random crap is metal & whatnot, there’s a lot of glass. As a kid, I’d always pick it up. I must have thrown away 100 pounds of it.
