Um, last I checked I would never side with or vote for like 90% of them, their party has slid further and further right over the years, and at this point there's some absolute deal-breaker policies in most cases.

Yeah sure. Pre-2024, immigration and border control were becoming increasingly out of control. Biden promised to do something, and instead created the worst 4 years of that crisis in like two decades. Then Trump takes over, and immediately flips to the other extreme, building his "big, beautiful (wasteful and pointless) wall, and rounding up any seemingly random minority off the street. I wanted secure borders, not a multi-billion dollar steel barrier that does nothing, and a militarized ICE...

Will add in another, since you're the only one that asked for policies instead of making assumptions about centrists or not "picking a side" lol. Also am mostly pro-gun, that's a more recent switch. It's enshrined in the second amendment, any attempts to seriously curtail them are a fool's errand, legally. I support common-sense shit like a registry and mandatory training, yes, but nothing in the way of weapon bans really. A human decides to pull the trigger anyway...

I’m a leftist I supports class licensing for firearms and thorough background checks I don’t believe in any gun bans. Lucky for you leftists believe in the 2nd amendment. Centrist democrats are the ones who introduced the widely un popular gun bans.

I believe the harder you make something to obtain without outright banning it people will jump through the hoops to do it. We have licensing for different vehicles, we have licensing for the racing of said vehicles which is using them for sport. Why shouldn’t we do the same with fire arms?
