Our dress code firmly states that we can’t wear sweatpants or crocs but everything else is fair game lmaooo
It is a law firm though so like we do occasionally wear suits and stuff when we’re meeting clients or going to court

So like jeans a t shirt and sneakers are chill? What about shorts is that ok?

Jeans are 100% the most worn pant-type in my office. T Shirts are super common when it’s warmer. Our org also has merch so people will wear the almost-a-crop-top with our logo on it that they let us get when the store opens.
Shorts are a no-no though, gotta be pants

Do people wear polos or just plain t shirts

You want to move to the Midwest to partake in the chill corporate culture

Both. Like two guys in the office wear polos regularly, the rest are just (non graphic) t shirts, or a cute top in general considering the office is like 97% women. I think we have maybe 4 guys total?
