Not eating all day for several days in a row then eating 1 really large binge meal. Crying on and off all the fucking time. Drinking every night. Tf is going on with me? I feel like a shell of my old self it’s scary idk what to do.

That's called depression and probably an eating disorder. Most people would suggest seeing a professional but there are smaller lifestyle changes that might help especially if this seems to only affect behavior and not ideation right now
