This is when you say fuck it and choose to just develop a super rock-hard, strong, jacked core Might as well turn the mass into healthy muscular mass

How's your diet? Bc I was having the same problem, then I altered my macros and my midsection is swole, but it's rock hard now. All abs, obliques, and serratus! Just consume a lot more protein, and less carbs! Fuck numbers anyways, ts is BS, it's all about how you look and feel

I have an insanely clean diet. I drink smoothies for breakfast and dinner that include some kind of mix of frozen fruit, greek yogurt, kale, spinach, lemon juice, ginger, banana, carrot, celery, chia seeds etc. for lunch I usually have a veggie sandwich with grilled chicken on a pita wrap. Idk what else to do

That is very clean and very very healthy! But if you're looking to erase stomach fat and replace it with muscle, the key is eating for muscle growth and fat slaughter. Which is unfortunately a bit less clean and well-rounded 😭 Greek yogurt is a BIG YES tho- Nonfat plain Greek yogurt+1/2-3/4 scoop yummy protein powder+berries+chia/flax seeds+sugar free protein cereal fuels my life. Grilled chicken is a huge yes too!! Chicken, lean ground beef, tuna. Don't even do wraps, maybe some-

Carbonate high fiber bread for a sandwich Use MyFitnessPal, and start tracking everything. Aim for like 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fats. Then when you get your stomach harder, you can ease up
