It’s my biggest insecurity and it’s not as simple as “just wash your face” because mine is hormone and stress induced. Like I’ll be a little tight on money and immediately break out in cystic acne 😫

LITERALLY, sometimes they’re not even making eye contact anymore and it’s genuinely so annoying and kinda rude

I commented on this a couple weeks ago and managed to clear my skin (hormonal and stress acne) so I thought I’d share. Follow dermarkologist on insta he shares products and application techniques as well as what to use stuff with and what to not mix, my skin is completely clear now he’s genuinely the best and has tips for all types of acne and skin concerns

Also since u struggle with the same as I do, I use panoxyl 10% face wash (they have a bar soap version that works the same and is cheaper around like $4-6) twice a day, niacinamide and hylauronic acid in the morning under a nice basic moisturizer (the ordinary is pretty cheap) and at night I only wash my face with panoxyl and use adapaline gel (more expensive $20) which is a third generation retinoid meaning it won’t burn u and stuff and it’s OTC you don’t need a prescription for it. Total ≈ $40
