The jobs I’m applying for don’t even allow you to upload resumes! It says in big bold letters on the application resumes will not be accepted! It’s just type in all the info on the damn application (luckily it’s saved between every application) and I assure you I have met with multiple hiring managers that have assured me it’s optimized for both human and ai limiting tools. I just chose the worst job field in the world job market in the world apparently (government work)

Damn I feel that, I left government work for the private sector for a reason. The biggest piece of advice I can give is to start networking. Find people on LinkedIn to make connections with who work in your field and slide into their DMs.

I have all the connections 😭 I know and have good relationships with multiple high level people. I completed two high level internships, both of which I was adored at. I have the perfect history and experience and networking. I’m just at my wits fucking end (most of the work I want to do is currently being taken up by retired 60 year olds who are bored and more than happy to work for an extra 30k a year, leaving us youngins to drown)
